Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care products (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
